The 100 Day Workout and Carnivore Challenge

As of Monday 26th August 2018 to (at least) Tuesday 3rd December, I have set myself a goal of eating a Carnivore diet only, as well as working out 100 days in a row.

The reason I am doing this is to keep myself digitally accountable for my goals, and I want to see what kind of progress I can make.

As of today, I am 106kg (234 lbs). I am 6ft 6 inches (198cm). I want to not only increase my lifts but drop to 102kg in weight (lose 9lbs).

I also want to clear up my acne and see if eating a carnivore diet makes a difference to my skin.

So, let’s see what happens.
